A desert road...

You came and you left
You gave and I took

I took away your loneliness
Filled the void in your heart

Two strangers, two voices
two hearts

Your heart is whole now
My heart is broken

I take a coffee to go
and walk to the desert

A falcon flies through
the desert

As a symbol of
the eternal Love

You came and you left
You gave and I took

You gave me memories
memories of a dreamy love

I am in the middle of the
desert now...

Filling the void in my heart
with memories

Untill I reach my destination
A desert road

from North pole to Stargate
A lonely road...

You came and you left
I gave and You gave

I was the Queen of hearts
And
You the King of spades

Do you remember stranger?
I took and you took

Wonderfully written poem of love, giving and receiving it only for a while. Strangers coming together for comfort in life's desert. I love this lines:
"A falcon flies through
the desert

As a symbol of
the eternal Love"

Lots of vivid imagery in those lines. Excellent write! xxx kathy
