This beautiful poem goes to the heart of romantics like me its style is the essence of what romantic poetry is about the gentle flow emulate the rythm of two lovers walking hand in hand.The very words 'you are ' to me are a heart felt declaration of love in itself.

Yet in its whole it reverberates with your gentle serenity and in its final words 'you are the heart of me'

goes to the heart of any one who reads

but especially old romantic me
with a smile and a twinkle in my eye I sigh

for a love like this
