Feel

Like a swelling ocean of light
it swept away the horrible grey, thick fog encircling my soul
feeding the hard, heavy monster of bitterness growing like a cyst in my heart

and I am left
with warms tears
with this heavy burden taken off my shoulders

open
soft
with my feelings permeating me

"let yourself feel them, accept them, they are yours"

I always want to feel this beauty
even the pain
I always want to feel my emotions swelling around me
touching me
making me smile
affecting and creating my silent language

Oh, dear God, what Your Words do to me!

when we bend in out feelings inside , hold them , not giving a chance to feel what we feel , it s really became a burden.
