Amen

No point talking
Or being stubborn about it
Even if I love your voice
And all the words you say

No point calling or waiting
Even if I love to call
And I love to wait

No point dropping by
Or anticipate a visit
When I love to travel
And be on the Pilgrim's path

So this time
I am wishing for a time capsule
For you to travel in time
Not across space to me
But away in time.
