LISTEN TO THE SILANCE!
After the wars - and battles - big and small consignedto history books - docmentys - oh yes parades
It's the silence - now - that kind of says much
so many ghosts - in that silence
when you are traveling - by car - train - coach - on foot
through the North of France - past cemetery - ranks upon ranks
of the dead - largest - war cemeterys anywhere - thousands of the dead
BUT - there are some with only a some of the dead - some lay in local village
graveyards - others in smaller military - commonwealth maintained
remains of the war dead - ones and twos - sometimes hundreds - weekly - found
Listen to the silence as you drive bye - walk bye - hear -
