this is dedicated to those who lost their lives on 9/11

We Will Never Forget

We remember that awful day 15 years ago
Bin Laden attacked to let his strength show
The towers fell innocent people died
People started at the destruction screamed and cried
So much death and destruction on that day
So much sadness their was nothing anyone could say
The towers, Pentagon, and plane in the field
We will remember those, our pain will never heal
We will never forget who attacked our land
The US rose from destruction and took a stand
War on terror, so the fight begins
This is a battle evil will never win
We remember that day 15 years ago
Prayers for those who died, we let our pride show
We will never forget

Kathy Lockhart
Thank you for writing and posting this tribute today, Ternic.
Our country was forever changed on that day. We should never forget the cause of such terror and we should always remember those who died, the heroes, and those who survived! I am proud of my country as an American.

Without a doubt none of us who saw it or experienced the moment will ever forget, nor the illegal war that followed it and the many lives that have been destroyed since. Many buildings have come down and many innocents have died for what happened on that awful day. Pride? I have a hard time feeling pride, just sadness at it all.
