I don't know whether life is more than death, but I know that love is more than either.

Remember us

We're like Tristan and Isolde
With stolen moments and memories
Cursed with a love for one another
That never should have been, but was.
Being together only in memory, because
It's all we'll ever have.

Such a love cuts deep inside but we must love though our love must hide

A memory you will carry forever, even as it might fade with time, it will never leave. This is truly touching and beautiful.

The total giving way of our deepest cherished emotion, love, is sacrificial. If it were not, it would not be love. And if we had not love, we ever know fully of any other? So here we are vulnerable to our own lives and living a life worth living. Memory has many doors. Open those which lead to harmony. :)

Lovely and moving poetry.
