he said

she said

the world continued to spin

"i'm really sorry,"
he said

the world spun on its axis

"i know,"
she said

the world continued to spin

"so, are we good then?"
he asked

the world spun on its axis

"i don't know if i can ever forgive you,"
she answered

the world continued to spin

"i'd take it back if i could, you know that, right?"
he asked

the world spun on its axis

"you can't turn time back, and i don't know if i believe you,"
she said

the world continued to spin

"you gotta believe me, babe! i'd never knowingly hurt you!"
he pleaded

the world spun on its axis

"are you drunk right now?"
she asked

the world continued to spin

"no,"
he lied

the world spun on its axis

"i have to go,"
she said

as the world continued spinning

There was a soap opera called, As The World Turns. Every day people turned in to watch the portrayal of "everyday" days.

Thus is this quirky piece that I enjoyed very much.

"...so goes the days of our lives," was part of a vocal intro into another Soap called, The Days of Our Lives.

As we live in our personal little worlds and become so caught up in the drama of our own life, our big world continues doing what it suppose to do no matter what!

This was more than a conversation, it was a representation of who we are and who we think we are and way more than I can express. :)

And it will continue to spin regardless of where that relationship goes. By the way, I don't think it's going very well :) but the world will continue to spin on its axis and something is resolved.
