Reality is stranger than fiction sometimes


Happened in an instant

Happened in an instant
couldn't see it coming
swift like a knife
incredibly cunning

As i sit here praying
for an end to
be in sight, i realize
there is no end
just endless night.

A forced normal
with no choice but
to accept.

kept in check
thoughts aren't even
private. everything
directed by a tyrant

crying out to gods
who refuse to listen
the only ones
talking are those in
hell's legion

How did I get here?
I never could imagine
the cruelty and terror
that I'm positioned in.
