That's quite an image you paint. Grim. Post-apocalyptic.
The polluting of water by humanity? I see that in my mind when I read this. A lack of clean drinking water. Oils spills, pollution, death. I am dark by nature, so that's what I see. So beautifully portrayed. It could be something else, but that's what I see.
