The light that grows from within,
Is taking over,
Pain disappears,
Soft tender motions in its place.
The tunes of music,
Fill the air.
You stand alone,
In the park or on the beach,
You close your eyes,
And hear the music,
In your heartbeat,
Being one with the ocean,
Being one with the trees,
Being one with the waves,
The wind, the leaves, the birds,
Being one with everything around me.
Just me, being me, loving myself,
As I am, as I will always be.
Be blessed with love and light.
