Nothing for nothing,
What ever you do.
A little gesture,
A lovely greeting.
The smile,
On your face.
A rolling tear.
In days that go well,
Or in days that go,
Not so well.
This life is one,
Big roller coaster.
With ups,
And downs.
Beyond,
The way of fear,
To love.
Of the one self.
It the way,
To be in balance,
With all.
And to go on.
Sometimes you see it,
Sometimes you don't.
But once you find it.
Stand,
Hold steady.
Don't go back or forward.
From that moment on.
This life,
In the here and now.
With or without the sound.
In pure meditation,
Of in the words written.
Here it is,
I stand,
And I go with the second,
Forwards.
