Power Of Words
If words were just something that came in black and whiteThen why are they felt through the eyes when read and felt with the heart?
If words were just something you speak to someone
Then why are they felt by those around you?
If words can easily bring a person's mood up or down
Then why are do people just through them around easily?
Words hurt if you're not careful with the ones you're using
Words hurt and cause a lot of pain
But yet again words can bring love and happiness.
If words can bring love and happiness
Then why do some people live off of causing others pain?
If words can bring a smile to one's face
Then why is it these same words spoken in different ways can cause tears?
If words cause people to cry
Then why is it that people don't think before they speak?
Words work in a mysterious way
Words work in ways no one can explain
But words are just words...or are they?
