Hey you,the girl with your head down
I'm the woman who smiles for you,
who covers your sorrow.
Look inside you.
I'm wise.
Let me introduce you to our friend.
She's the one who carries the shield
guarding, always guarding.
Look at her.
She's strong.
Lift up your head.

The Monsters have all been fed
Their blood runs red.

Don't you recognize my voice?
I'm the voice of reason,
of sanity.
And she....
She protects you
Look always to her for strength.
She is the Watcher, The Keeper of Self,
Your armour.
Lift up your head.

The Monsters have all been fed.

We are your angels of the deep.
The Deep Inside You,
Warriors of Weeping Souls,
We Are The Spirits of Survival.
