The black hole of failure
The hollow abyss of your failures and regrets
are actually a laughing matter after all,
since you are innocent of all that happened without reason,
while what others did to you is only their own problems.
Yes, your losses never can be undone or retrieved,
and still as long as you remain alive you can go on
creating, working, living, laughing and enjoying,
and why not ridiculing all those fools
who thought they could control, defeat and humble you,
while your integrity remains as safe as any duck attacked by water;
and your soul will sail through any storm
with conscience for your rails unbreakable
as long as you are certain you did right.
The abyss will remain there in its dreadful hollowness
of a black hole of infinite despair and sorrow,
but it will only do you good to be aware of it,
to never lose your touch with the necessity
of universal absolute humility.
