This dark red rose.

This dark red rose,
As a beauty standing,
Brings back the love,
Of captured days.

Written by Louise Oaktree.

This dark red rose,
With heart leaves folded.
In the core of its being.
In the center,
Of its heart.
This dark red rose,
That looks like,
Red lips painted,
As velvet as the touch,
Of the lips,
To the body.
These velvet leaves,
Of this rose.
They bring me to,
The memory,
Of one September day,
Where we met,
And in that memory,
I let this rose,
Take me away.
Before,
I let it go.

Be blessed in love and light.
