Halloween Night

The calendar hurried
up to Halloween
The kiddies hopping
with glee... It's
a night for wearing
strange costumes
And somewhat of a
thrill to see...

Kiddies go from house
to house... Folks happy
to give them treats
Because it's all a
guessing night, to see
what next they'll meet

A cat followed the
kiddies, As they
strolled their way
around town- And cat
gave a loud yowl
Because he didn't have
A Halloween bucket, or
a Puss N' Boots gown

Love it, Helen! Made me remember fondly when my kids were little and the magic in their running house to house for who knew what next treat!
