Fun Poem

One morning I wrote a poem
About building a snowman
That afternoon our first snow
came down- My friend she
roared, "It's all your fault!
I don't want that snow aroun!"

Said she, "Write a poem about
SUNSHINE!" She wants
warmth like the Florida State
Where flowers parade their
beauty- And bikinis
wander aroun' till late...

I hate to see her sour frown
Her spittin' out nails
At my snowman rhyme-
So here I sit at my window
Twiddlin' thumbs, a-waitin'
For that warm sunshine-
SoI can write her a poem
