A bit of the past. Wrote 1987.

Lotsa Love, Mom

My daughter has a bitty kid
He's as busy as can be
He gets into everything
Everything he likes to see

He splashes in the fish tank
He's having so much fun
If you wonder where
His crackers went
He gave the fishes every one

Daughter was in the back room
Suddenly he's screeching, "Ouch!"
He got stuck
In the itty bitty space
Underneath the couch!

While writing a greeting card
He was sitting near
And he was arms all over
Worse than an octopus, I fear

But she got the card out
The mail would carry through
Said she, "Mom, we send our love
And spaghetti stains too"
