The positive/negative of anxiety and depression


Yin/Yang

Heart is pounding like a drum
Just can't get it to stop
Fear has you nailed under it's thumb
Sending flushes of cold and hot

Like a bird flying free and high
In the world without a care
Troubles have no chance - goodbye -
Friends and family keep your positivity there

Anxiety stops you from getting sleep
Locked inside your own negative head
Depression your joy it will keep
Causing you to think people want you dead

Nothing can you stop you
You can't be held in negativity's down
You follow your heart pure and true
The clown who never wears a frown.
