The World Of Cold

It's cold out there
The trees are bare
I imagine they're cold too;
The guy I guess
Doesn't bless
The snow he'll
Have to plod through-

The car feels key
And groans, "Oh gee
We got to go somewhere!"
It spits and sputters
And sore-throatly utters,
"Man, go back in, And hug
your blankets, they care"

The trees shiver and shake
The guy hates to take
Himself away from warm home-
The car looks grim-
Throws daggers at him-
Cause everything's
Froze to the bone...

And no one wants
To leave home-
It's COLD out there!

Yeah, that's exactly how I remember winter. :)
