Of infinites trapped in intervals

lemon lights, fluorescent stares
I wonder how many seconds there are
in thirty-three steps.

faded sidewalks, brick walls
It took me long enough to crash and fall.

fractured nights, stained memories
a book of failed remedies.

shivering petals, the sun lies
framed memories never die.

quickened breaths, morning skies
the secrets are stored behind her eyes.
