Another Loony February?

Hardly any snow
Only small piles here and there
Got the bears and ants confused-
"It ain't spring yet!"

One February, awhile back
No snow there either
Nightcrawlers squiggling
out of the ground
Calling, "Here I am!"

Don't sound like our winters
Where usually there's tons
and tons of snow...
Mother Nature, Are you drunk!

Rather get winter white stuff
in winter, get it over with
Not in spring, where women
are thinking of gardening
And men, of riding mowers

Sure are balled up Februarys,
Mother Nature...
