Healing

This moment,
this now,
lived,
cherished,
embraced,
brings healing.

This moonlight,

this late

February chill.

These words,
paltry,
faltering,
offered up
to Love, for Love,
bring healing.

This silence,

this mute prayer,

this heartbeat.

A word, a smile,
an uncalculated

kindness:
who knows
what deep wounds
we help to heal
with these small gestures?

This friend,

this world.

I've been following your wonderful series, progressing through a life, with great interest. It's beautiful and sometime it should be all together in a book. Read one after the other is the way it should be read. Healing is such an important step we all need to take. Well done!
