THE BROKEN! (Significant Addananal lines)

Each and every day
Is now a summers day
I pass people - human beings

The Homeless

Many are cracking - breaking - up!
Some are clearly already broken
Living - existing on the streets
Hands out for few bob
Some yes - hoping to make larger money - or cyder
Cheapest - shops - store have to offer them
Others - taken by drugs

There are those among then - need money for something to eat
Just what lead them to be on the streets begging
Each one has a true story to tell - to anyone - willing to listen

As we walk down the town streets
We pass people - human beings
Who are on the edge - barely - existing
As - like zombis
Staring straight ahead - making no eye - contact
Eyes empty - no one at home!

Just what pain - suffusing - is killing them inside
No one will know - till - one day they are - found
Found a lone - no longer anyway to say of the why-fores - what-fores!

All Victims Of Austerity?! All paying the true price!
Getting out The Bankers out of the holes - THEY DUG!
So many paying the cost of austerity!
Those who can lee's afford to pay!
Of all ages - from baby's still in the womb

Right up to those approaching their hundred year of life!
Worrying - that they are going broke - paying for their care!

All paying the price - of the bankers - politicians - greed and corruption!
