PERPETUAL WINTER! (addishans)
In a few days - Autumn begins!Summer will be with us still!
Days remain rather hot - rainy days!
On and off - it rains!
Soil remains dry - the harvest - will be rather bleak!
Prices of staple food will rocket!
For many the winter appears - perpetual!
Nightmares - Daymares - for far to many!
Unable to show their discontent - being in
Being in such debt - deeper - deeper into such
Poverty - poverty - knocks!
Poverty - poverty - stalks!
Knocking on the doors - of those never for a moment
''That'' - would come knocking on their door!
Back to school - many parents - finding - the cost
Of school uniforms - braking them!
Food banks - not just for now for food to feed the kids
Parents - shortages - cash flow - flows out mid week - nothing!
Going with out food - so has to feed their kids - suffer the children
Now - many parents - go there to ask for help to kit out their
Kids ready for school
And now poverty - hitting school teen age young girls - unable to pay
For sanitary needs!
During the summer - their kids were going hungry
So food banks - found them selfs unable to cope!
People in desperate states!
Truth be known this summer for many - as desperate
As were the rest of the year - same old same old!

It is not just those unemployed - many on low wages suffering
Calling on food banks for help - not a few - in what should be
In better jobs - and better paid - calling on food banks - to have
Stagnant wages - in a stagnant economy
The already wealthy enriching them selfs - taking the creme
From what the Churning machine of profit!
