The water is calming,
As I sit and watch.
I hear nature,
To my ears.
And the soft,
And gentle touch,
Makes my inside,
Quiet down.
Makes my head,
Not speak.
Makes my heart,
Calm down.
And as I unite,
With nature.
My spirit says,
It is good,
To be here.
And finally, find,
The peace,
Within.
All be blessed with the love of the heart,
And a light path through soul and spirit to walk by.
All is love and love is all.
