ON THE ROAD!
On the road to uncertain futureA future that times past - forgotten
Us being dragged along - bye events
We court up by the currents
By whats going on around us
Some of us - are screamers - scream out
Scream out warnings
No one - at least - only a few - bother
Bother to listen
Preferring the - the distractions - all around
Time running out - may well have ran out!
All too soon - those who did not - bother to listen
Will be them selfs screaming out - :
'' WHY DID NO ONE WORN US - ME! ''
On us who screamed out a warning
Left with bitter satisfaction
Of saying - '' I - WE DID! ''
