This one I wrote a while ago, but seems apt for my life at this time.


Loves Theme

Only we know where we're going
Only we know where we've been
Only we know what we're doing
And only we can sing loves theme

A break is what was needed
Some time to think things through
Some time for some talking
Some time for me and you

Although we weren't together
We were never really apart
Our bodies separated
Unlike the love in our hearts

As we reach out for each other
The page of this book has been turned
Now we can share together
The love that we've both earned
