What the World Needs Now

Wearing a pair of glasses
Gives corrective sight
We need something for the brain
To make human behavior right
Wearing a hearing aid
You listen to every little sound
But we need a voice filter
To make bigotry less profound
Wearing high heals
Makes your constitution taller
We need protective fields
To make the crime rate smaller
I think we have it all wrong
The things we are inventing
They donít make the world better
They just make egos unrelenting

A very good poem.

Ooh yes, Friend D., very much so. Members of Coo & Co particularly like your 'something for the brain' here. There is an interesting mix of practical and theoretical items, and all held together nicely with a consistent rhyme scheme :>)

Well said.

Absolutely, Dave. The last couplet says it all!
