two men part one.

there are two men that i once new. they both went by the names of Jeremy and Eric. we (me and my friends) called them the twins. they both were fairly average sized guys in highschool. a little on the tall side and a little skinnier than was normal. but they werent titans or anything. they were identical twins. about the only difference between them was that Jeremy was a firm believer in self preservation above all else. Eric, on the other hand, was a studious follower of something that the world was beginning to lose. the belief in honor and rightuessness, in a higher purpose in life than mere survival. he followed one of the oldest codes of honor. chivalry.

Fair Play: Never attack an unarmed foe.
Never charge an unhorsed opponent.
Never attack from behind.
Avoid cheating.
Avoid torture.

Nobility: Exhibit self discipline.
Show respect to nobility.
Obey the law.
Administer justice.
Protect the innocent.
Respect women.

Valor: Exhibit courage in word and deed.
Avenge the wronged.
Defend the weak and innocent.
Fight with honor.
Never abandon a friend, ally, or noble cause.

Honor: Always keep ones word.
Always maintain ones principles.
Never betray a confidence or comrade.
Avoid deception.
Respect life.

Courtesy: Exhibit manners.
Be polite and attentive.
Be respectful of host, authority, and women.

Loyalty: To God, Sovereign, Country, and the Code of Chivalry.

he followed this in everything he did. and intended to follow it till he died. this was not an overt difference and not a lot of ppl knew about it. until he proved where his heart lay.
