Sunday a day the postey will not call takes the day offNo bills drop on the mat on Sundays
Sundays when worry's can take a hike just at least for a day
Sundays a day to lay in a day to yes to be lazy a day to loaf
Sundays when we can rest relax forget troubles for at least one day
Sundays to go fishing for a few hours - go out for a stroll
Sundays a day to remember or to forget for at least for a day
Sunday to sit out side La Magnolia drinking a coffee over the ornate wall
That over looks Ramgate Harbor full of pleasure craft of every kind
People walk past up down youngsters hand in hand family's children skipping
Enjoying Sunday schools broken up for the summer now each day is Sunday for them
The not so young but still holding hands there children all grown up have family
Of their own all walking by passed me has sit I sit drinking my Coffey
My Sunday weather overcast coll ideal for taking a stroll
Taking my ideas with me a day to listen may hear or see additions characters
To the work I have in mind maybe a further work will come from this Sunday
Sunday is a good day 'cos it's not Monday
Monday is the day troubles worry's The Blues are taken up again
Oh so good are Sundays - pity the week is not made up of Sundays!
