saturday is not saturday is saturday

it is not one thing

it is everything

the great big us

is also the great big me

i am not one thing

i am everything

you are not one thing

you are everything

i am not my name

i am not my birth name

i am not my chosen name

i am not my pseudonym

i am all names

i am none of my names

you are not your name

i cannot know myself

i cannot not know myself

i cannot be known

i cannot not be known

no one can know me

no one cannot know me

no one can know you

no one cannot know you

i know nothing

i know everything

the more i know the less i know

the less i know the more i know

you know nothing

you know everything

the more you know the less you know

the less you know the more you know

these words mean everything

these words mean nothing

everything is

everything is not

the words say what cannot be said

the words cannot say what can be said

not to me

not to you

what is is

what is is not

what is has been

what is has never been

what is will always be

what is will never be

no nothing

~

so many words expended

hundreds of words

thousands of words

mountains of words

all the while i look out the open window

i see clouds

i see blue sky

i hear the wind

be open

Reminds me of Robert Graves' "In Broken Images." I like the way you present dualities in your work, the two sides of the same story, the yin and yang.

The longer first section reminds me of some playfully serious poems I read ages ago, poems by James Broughton. The latter section is of a bracing clarity.

Grateful to have read this one!
