the title has not much connection to the poem...lol..

Who Fucked This Mountain

I have been on this mountain for so long
I have heard the birds sing all through the forests
I have been watching the skies pelt lonely
I have been riding willfully down the gardens
I have been listening to voices reeling

I have been watching the world scream around
I have seen the world scream again around the mountains
And these mountains cry for being fucked up
They smile at me, with gruesome smiles
Puking their teeth like woodchucks

Near and above the mountains, I could hear the birds sing
Deep into the heart of the world, I could hear the birds coo
Within the worlds of Soweto, I could hear everyone sing
And down among the Gentiles, the Jews, Moslems and Christians smile
For the world will soon become a better place

Oh let it be so! Your voice echos from the moutains ringing a bell of freedom, love, kindness, betterment, inspiration, wisdom, and more than I could ever write. Powerful! Kathy
