Hello October and goodbye September by Ann Wood

So we sent September, who was kind to us and gave us a few sunny days.
October is coming and by the end of the year they are leaving ninety-two days.
People are in a hurry to prepare for the long winter days and Christmas and New Year.
Hello October, I hope you are warm and generous to us.
October for me is filled with many mixed feelings and memories over the years, good and bad.
Happy new month, I wish you to be filled only with good moments.
