UKRAINE IN DISTAIN

Why does my god give me such distain,
Indiscriminate war started by the insane.
For what is happening in the Ukraine,
When bombs and bullets fall as rain.
Killing innocent children once again,
Doesn't Putin realise it's inhumane.
Causing families to flee there domain,
They will be back to fight for there terrain.
While the rest of the world should,
Hold there heads in shame,
For doing nothing once again.
For all the plagues that we are cursed,
A plague of war would be the worst.

So if you putin the time,
You have to pay for your crime.

Really, really pertinent poem, Alan.

I was reading, only yesterday, how an esteemed 'think tank' had run many scenarios back and forth as to what would happen were a nuclear war to break out. It is not just frightening, but it is plainly an insanity to even contemplate doing anything to instigate it. So for the World's majority to take war action against Putin is most likely to have him finally backed into a corner where he could do no more than 'press the button'. Only a madman would do this, but all the signs are....... :(

How else do we stop him do you think?

You have described well how so many people seem to think about the situation.
