IS THERE INTELLIGENT LIFE OUT THERE
What if (I must converse),Mankind is the first to travel.
Across the expanse of space,
Being the first intelligent race.
The question itself,
should be asked.
But then again what if,
Mankind is the last.
How will we endure in space,
If on earth we are too busy.
Destroying one another,
Wiping out the human race.
All our world was prehistoric,
The rise of man was meteoric.
Intelligent life had found it's form,
The first of the last ever to be born.
As from this planet we transcend,
Will we find we're gifted or cursed.
Finding no other intelligent life,
In our long forgotten universe.
With no other intelligent life,
Will we band together knowing.
Peace is the only option not war,
Or are we going to end up,
Like life on the other planets.
Just dinosaurs.
