No Less A Dream.

I cannot count the hours
Or even reach the stars
I cannot reach the sun or moon
Or even live on mars

But still I see your sparkling eyes
The sunshine on your lips
The red wine in the twilight
Stealing colour from rose hips

A vision trips so feather light
On footsteps through my mind
To stalk my days and haunt my nights
A passageway to find

Yet still I walk this earth in grief
As one yet still not seen
To seek that which already lost
Is nothing but a dream.
