A love story with a twist. A humourous Observation in Maderia on the Antics of wall lizards.

Cat-Astrophe By M.A.Meddings

You could call it bad luck of a sorts
As I watched two lizards at
Gymnastic sports
Heavily panting
In the noonday heat
Nose to nose
Their love complete
Yet neither saw
The danger there
Eyes for each other never a care
The only world was what
They were at
Hence they were ate by a
Feral cat
Now the moral of the tale
Wont pass
If you are a lizard in love
You need eyes up your ***

Ah the humour and laughter but at the expense of those romantic lizards who need and extra set of eyes in the most peculiar place. Lots of laughter this morning coming from my apartment in this little town USA! Great Stuff!!!! I have seen those lizards, they sometimes escape without their tales and then oh well, another set of eyes lost but lives saved! xx kathy

LOL! Poor lizards! But then again, maybe they were happy dying together...
The cat was definitely happy too!
