Simple Pleasures (An Acrostic)


Small joys and sparkling streams
Indelible memories in joy's shade
My heart leaps to the music I hear
Pirouetting gracefully in tune, as you
Lead the pace, and pick the tunes
Ecstatic dance... every grief's panacea.

Purple pansies in swaying awe
Lilting words in voice tranquil
Easel endowed in shades rich and deep
And glossed over in shades of love
Sparkle of life in hearts tranquil
Unforgotten childhood in memories keep
Ruffled feelings soothed by touch of Him
Enter the world of timeless infiniti
Simple pleasures...
