I've Always Had This Doubt

I've always had this doubt.
Always wanted time-out.
But life does not grant,
a complete heart transplant.

I'm weaker now than ever before.
Running uphill, swimming to shore.
Once again I long for your womb.
That warm, peaceful tomb.

I came into this world, an early birth.
I wasn't quite ready for this dirty earth.
Landscapes bursts, waters rage.
Innocence lost, shameful age.

Dig my way down, crawl in the dirt.
Crave to leave this earthly hurt.
Long for salvation, lifelong blackout.
To finally get rid of my doubt.

to be wrapped back up in our Mother's womb. Sounds like a wonderful, innoncent, peacful place of rest. A safe Haven. Death and rebirth. Another new day! I understand those longings. kathy
