stagefright
i see her there upon the stagesomeone shouts something
purely out of rage
her composure which was solid
had now just crumbled down
her smile which shone so brightly
now turns to a bitter frown
i see her cheeks begin to redden
and her eyes begin to well
her speach begins to quicken
cuz she'd rather be in hell
she stops in mid sentece
stutters and looks down
she doesnt want them so see her cryin
so she leaves the stage without a sound
someone starts to laugh
and the others follow suit
laughing at other's expence
for them its just a 'hoot'
everyone needs to laugh
but not at someone elses' behalf
