A Welsh Englyn to celebrate a very special friendship

In this life by M.A.Meddings

This form is a Welsh Englyn used extensively by Welsh Bards at Celtic ceremonies. It consists of a quatrain of 30 syllables, broken down to 10 in the first line, 6 in the second 7 in the third, and 7 in the fouth.
The rhyming pattern is taken from the 6th syllable of the first line and is used as a rhyme at the end of each succesive line.

In This Life

by M.A,Meddings

In this life no one quite, is just like she
And even though we might
Sometimes disagree and fight
Our friendship strong, anger slight

This is an unusually beautiful form, and very suitable for the subject of friendship. I propose a toast to friendship, one of the absolutely best things in life!
