A walk with Joey inspired me to write this.

God is like the Wind...

Gathering memories and acorns
pine cones, sticks and worms
kicking, crunching crisp fallen leaves
breaking sticks and listening to
church bells toll songs of
hymns he does not know
takes me back to my childhood ways
of living and playing in Autumn's
breezey pleasant days
feeling the wind tickle my hair
hearing my grandson declare,
"God is like the wind. We can't
see him, but he is there."
I turn my face to you, Oh God,
Let your warmth fill me invade
my blood. Thank you for giving me
a home, a life, a spirit free
You are, "The wind beneath my wings"
lift me up and let me sing
your praises.

Hey there Kathy!!!

This is surronding, Awesome!!!

BRAVO . . . Applause to you!!!

And I lift my head facing the sky

the air that surrounds me

every little atoms, is you Lord

every breath I take. is YOU

every little step, I do it for YOU

because it's You who surrounds

and fill me up every little inch

bit by bit, I walk in strength

not by myself, the creation

made by You GOD . . .

Regards Dan

An inspiring poem that paints a picture of grandma, grandson and God spening some quality time together; time all three will never forget.
