Oceanus and Tethys, Husband and wife
Brother and sister, over 3000 children
all the water areas in the world
Oceans of water, oceans of dreams
sparkling water covers my skin
swimming around, having a lot of fun
The Oceanic gardens, deep in the heart of the earth
over 10 000 meters down where no one have been.
The first to find and observe the deep-sea, new things
can be discovered, treasures that never have been seen
Paragon; The Ocean is like a perfect pearl
epitome: Salt water
quintessence; Heavenly bodies
nautical; ships that are sailing
Ôkeanos a river thought of as encircling the earth, ocean
expanse salt water. Earth's five oceans; The Atlantic, Pacific,
Indian, Arctic and Antarctic Oceans.
We all need water to live, so be careful
set free, we all live in a mutually beneficial manner
Greenpeace . . . Blue peace . . . our peace

Quintessence comes from the medieval Latin term quinta essentia, meaning 'fifth essence', and denoted a fifth substance believed to exist in addition to the four elements air, earth, fire, and water. Medieval philosophers believed that this 'fifth essence' was the substance of which the celestial bodies were composed, and that it was present in all things.
Oceanus
[Greek] The personification of the vast ocean. As geography became more precise, Oceanus began to refer to the water outside of the Pillars of Heracles, or the Atlantic Ocean. He was the eldest of the Titans and a son of Uranus and Gaia. He was the father of all rivers by his sister Tethys. The couple also had the Oceanids which personified springs and smaller bodies of waters, like lakes and ponds.
Tethys
[Greek] The personification of the fertile ocean. She married her brother Oceanus and had over 3000 children by him, they were the springs, lakes, rivers of the world. Tethys was the god-mother of Rhea and raised her during the civil war between the Titans and the Olympians.
