I can tell you from someone who has learned to cry and cry that those tears will turn into refreshing showers one day, that you will not fly from but come to know as a release, those tears will turn into a river that will flow away from your troubles...do not try to stop your tears, they heal, and serve as an outlet for all of those things that hurt us. By he way great execution for the challenge.
