I am going through some tough times, so take this for what it is.. i didn't proofread it or anything.
Advancing on all sides?
It absorbs all the goodness
Leaving no place to hide.
Is there no way to escape
This monumental charge?
Hope is something hard to find
In this cold void so large.
Will my anchor hold me fast
Through life's unsettled sea?
Will the wind around me swirl
And have its way with me?
I have to believe.
I will make it through.
Keep hold of my hope,
For it is in you.
