I'd Much Rather

If being single is fun,
I'd much rather do chores.
If it's better to have loved then lost,
Then to have never of loved at all,
I would have never of loved.
If she gets madder than a wet hen,
I rather be the one with those, rather than you.
If you cry and need a tissue,
I'd rather be the tissue to catch your tears,
Rather than be the one who made you cry.
If the hen makes you unhappy,
Call me,
and I'll bring the hose....
I'd much rather be the one in your arms.
