To pick up the pieces and start again

To hide the tears forcing its way

Give the courage I need to go on
To speak out loud and to be heard
To stand up and take what is mine
To reject all evil and the right to seek
Come be the wind under my wings
Give me the trust, have some faith in me
Show me to forgive and to forget
The many wrongs caused to me
Show me the goodness that life can bring
Come be the wind under my wings
Give me the love I do want
Be by my side and hold on my hand
Leading me on, let me follow
Give me that love I have lost
Show me to love once again
Come be the wind under my wings
Don't let me down don't let fall again
This pain I have take it away
With your words of love
Show me the way
Be the wind under my wings
Take my love, never let me go.
