I am so excited! This poem could have been written about me when I was about 12 on a rainy afternoon. I was going to a friends house and it was raining and I danced down McDonald Avenue in the rain and it made me feel alive and bursting with energy! I opened my mouth, I skipped, I twirled around with my arms out to my sides. I will never forget that day. How wonderful that you have had such a great experience all these years later in the midst of so many toils and troubles. You have described this so precisely, so colorfully, so openly and honestly, it took me right back to my childhood for one of the most wonderful moments in my life!
